4. Physical installation of the DB-220 Display
4.5 Lifting out and preparing the DB-220 display
This procedure describes how to lift out the DB-220 display from the cage and prepare it for assembly on
a support structure using 3 vertical I-beams. In the
fi rst procedure, the clamps and the AEC-4000 are sup-
pressed in the illustrations. In the second procedure, the AEC-4000 is suppressed.
Necessary tools
• Adapted tools to lift the DB-220 display.
• 15/16” open-end wrench.
• 5/16” Allen wrench.
• Eight top clamp assemblies.
• Four clamp assemblies.
• Six-foot bubble level.
Lifting out the DB-220 display
1. Remove the four bolts (A) at the top of the four vertical beams.
2. Remove the bolts (B) which are recessed in the holes at the top of the four vertical beams. For each vertical beam, two bolts
have to be loosened.

3. Remove the bolts at the bottom of the four vertical beams. For each vertical beam, three bolts have to be loosened.
