Unique infrared touch screen option
For maximum user-friendliness, the advanced CHDD-268 display
can be equipped with a unique infrared touch screen control
option. The NVG compatible, infrared technology enables a very
high degree of pointing precision and allows the CHDD-268
display to be used as a powerful graphical control interface.
The LED-based touch screen provides an intuitive and ergonomic
way of controlling the aircraft's systems and largely increases
the status awareness without degrading the optical quality of
the display in any way.
