3. Remove the upper baffle
a) Loosen the nut above the heat shield with a 3 mm hexagonal key and a 10 mm
fork spanner. Make sure the nut stays attached to the socket screw.
b) Push up the front of the heat shield (1) and pull it forward (2) and move
downward to a vertical position (3).
c) Remove the upper baffle from the appliance.
