burning wood.

The heating value of wood (18.7 MJ/kg at 0% humidity) is not affected by the sort of
wood. What does make a difference is the relative humidity of the wood (15.6 MJ/kg
at 15% humidity).

Dimensions wood block: c. 30 cm long and 25 cm perimeter .
Per fi lling:
(= for 45 minutes)
Wood:
2 blocks each around 1.0 kg, length approx. 30 cm
Briquettes:
2 blocks each around 0.75 kg
The maximum burning load is based on a nominal capacity of 9 kW and a
effi ciency of 75%.
