Keep  the  hose  under  water  and  attach  the  wheel  deflector  by  twist-locking  the  Quick  Connector  into  the  female  

hose cuff.

While still keeping the hose under water, attach the hose to the cleaner head by pushing the connector onto the pipe 

until it clicks in place. Allow the cleaner to drift to the bottom of the pool.

Turn the pool pump on again, and your Zodiac cleaner is ready for cleaning, leaving you with a sparkling pool.

To avoid any serious injury and before starting step 6, turn off the pool pump.

a.  It is most important to disconnect the head of 

the cleaner from the leader hose section when 

you remove your Baracuda B3 cleaner out of 

the pool. 

b.  From time to time, ensure the diaphragm is free of debris 

and / or dirt and rinse it with water. Simply disconnect the 

top of the cleaner to access the Duralife

 diaphragm.

Then connect the Pool Pulse™ by pushing the connector onto the pipe until it clicks in place. Turn on the pool pump to 

measure the suction flow.

For best performance the Pool Pulse™ needs 

to read 2.5
Once this step is achieved, you can disconnect 

the Pool Pulse™ from the leader hose.

NOTE: 

If Pool Pulse™ reads less then 2.5, then increase AD Flow Valve setting at 3 to increase suction flow.

If the Pool Pulse™ reads more than 2.5, then decrease the AD Flow Valve setting at 1 to decrease suction flow.
