OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

For Best Results:

It is very important that the cutlery is washed and free from grease and food residue.

To ensure the cutlery is properly washed, do not overfi ll tray when loading dishwasher.
Leave forks, knives and spoons mixed to avoid nesting that may inhibit food removal.

Cutlery must be wet when it enters the polisher.

To ensure this, the cutlery should

be placed in the polisher immediately after removal from the dishwasher, or place cutlery in
a tray of warm water after removing from dishwasher to keep wet while feeding polisher.

1.

Plug power cord into grounded GFCI outlet.

2.

Press ON/OFF button to turn polisher ON.

3.

Allow polisher to preheat until the yellow operate

lamp is illuminated (about 30 minutes). Drum

4.

Pull out drawer at bottom of polisher and place the included dish rack on it to collect

the polished cutlery as it exits the machine.

5.

Manually feed (4 to 5 pieces for CP-3000

OR

8 to 10 pieces for CP-7000) of cutlery at

a time

horizontally

through the chute with handles pointing toward front of machine,

waiting for the cutlery to disappear from view (about 5 to 6 seconds) before placing
the next batch of cutlery into the chute. This is important to prevent cutlery from
becoming jammed. The fi rst polished pieces of cutlery should start exiting the polisher
in about 30 seconds.

6.

If some granulate exits the polisher with the cutlery while operating it, just tip it back

from the collection tray into drum when polishing is fi nished.

7.

When fi nished polishing cutlery, operate polisher without cutlery for 15 minutes to fully

dry granulate. Then press ON/OFF button to turn polisher OFF.
