Pressure cooker for home use, material stretched (304 )stainless steel. Source of heating: electric hotplate, ceramic hob, spiral,
gas burner. Set of the pressure cookers is thanks to used technology and material perfect item for every kitchen. Sandwich like
base ensures perfect heat distribution on the whole bottom of the pressure cooker and allows this way significant saving of
the energy during cooking. Pressure cooking is equipped with numerous safety features. In case the working valve is somehow
blocked the hot steam will be able to escape through the safety valve. In case, that this valve is also blocked the hot steam will
escape through the safety opening in the lid of the pressure cooker. This ensures absolute safety of the product. If the pressure
cookers are supplied in a set with one lid, it is safe to use it for both of the pots.
Functions:
The pressure cooker design for home use, the lid and body is made of 304 stainless steel, beautiful and dureable,
the bottome with double layers, available for magnetic oven, electricity, common gas oven.
Multiple safety device, for safety assurance. Control valve: it´s work is stable and reliable.
Safety valve:
will automatically
check the inside pressure, when the inside pressure is too high the safety valve will went the over steam to make safe.
Instruction manual:
Fill the pot halfway with water, then close the lid. Now heat the cooker until steam is emitted from the
control valve. Remove the pressure cooker from the stove and leave in standing closed for about 10 minute in order to remove
the smell of new stainless steel. After the cooker has cooled down, remove the lid and carefully clean the pot.
Normal operations:
Please make sure that all the valves are clean, that they move smoothly and easily, and that the gasket
fits snugly into the lid. Close the lid placing it onto the pot in any direction, turn the handle clockwise till the handle is the same
direction with panel at which the two sides clamps are on the proper way, then the lid is well closed
Heating:
When moving the cooker, always hold both handles. Only heat the cooker on a flat, horizontal stove plate. When the
cooking process starts, steam comes out from the window of the safety valve. This is normal, as teh pressure doesn´t suffice to
close the safety valve completely.As soon as
the necessary pressure has been reached,
the red safety valve come up and is clearly
visible. Adjust the cooking time according
to different food. As soon as the steam
is emitted from the control valve reduce
setting of your stove until almost no more
steam comes out. At this point the indicated
cooking time starts.
Cooling down.
In order to speed up the cooling-down process (fast way of releasing the steam), you can adjust the control
valve to the release position and/or you can hold the closed cooker under cold, running water.
Opening the pressure cooker.
As soon as the cooking time has ended, turn off the heat and let the pressure cooker cool off.
When lift the control valve and no steam emitted, then anticlockwise the button 90 degree to open the lid.
Clean the control valve thoroughly after each use. You ca pull the control valve directly to clean with flowing water. Clean the
stop-opening valve and safety valve after each use. Také out the stop-opening valve as well as safety valve from the lid and
rinse with warm water. Check if the ventilation tube is free of any food reamins. Assemble the parts correctly afterwards.
Special cleaning and usage instructions:
Regularly rub the g asket with cooking oil in order to extend its lifespan. Do not
