2.2.1.3 How to determine minimum and maximum ambient temperatures
1. Select the system unit.
2. The "Minimum/Maximum ambient temperature" row shows the minimum/maximum ambient temperature for
the complete system, including the respective system unit.
Information:
Maximum temperature data is for operation at 500 meters. The maximum ambient temperature is
typically derated by 1°C per 1000 meters (starting at 500 meters above sea level).
3. Incorporating additional interface options and CFast cards can change the temperature limits of a PPC2100
system.
4. The mounting orientation of the Panel PC 2100 may result in limitations. For more information, see "Mounting
If there is a
"✓"
next to the component, it can be used at the minimum/maximum ambient temperature of the
complete system without problems.
If there is a specific temperature next to the component, for example "45", then the ambient temperature of the
complete PPC2100 system cannot exceed this temperature.
2.2.1.4 Ambient temperature for storage and transport
The following table provides an overview of the minimum and maximum ambient temperature for storing and
transporting the complete system. The use of individual components may result in limitations.
