Troubleshooting Guide
Even though the POWER button is pressed, the power
does not turn on.
Haveyoutriedtoturnonthepowerwiththebeltset?
The power will not turn on due to an error under load.
Be sure to turn on the power before setting it on the belt.
Haveyouraisedtherollertoohigh?
If you try to fix with the fixing knob when the roller is raised too high, the load will be
applied to the force sensor. Be sure to turn on the power by lowering the roller or
unfixing the fixing knob.
Isthereanyremainingbattery?
The power will not turn on if the remaining battery level get low.
Isthebatteryproperlyinserted?
For the procedure of inserting batteries, refer to page 6.
After setting the belt, the buzzer sounds even though
the roller lifting dial is not turned.
Hastherollerbeenraised?
Orhasthebeltalreadybeenappliedwithanytension?
Please lower the roller or loosen the tension.
The buzzer does not sound even the machine is set on
the belt and the roller lifting dial is turned.
Istheredbarofthegaugeontherightsideofthebluebar?
Please lower the roller if it is on the right side.

Convenient usage of “weight mode”
The weight mode displays the load
value (shaft load) perceived by the
load sensor of this unit, not the
tension value display, so it can be
used without selecting the type of
belt. It is also possible to measure
from the state that the belt is
stretched. If the tension value does
not have to be absolute value, for
example, it is convenient when you
want to check the tension value of
the belt once and want to check if
the belt is stretched with similar
tension at another opportunity,
place.
However, please be aware that
actual belt tension and load value
(shaft load) do not have a direct
proportional relationship.
