Negligence in handling the appliance
Carelessness in handling the appliance can result in danger to life and injury.
Read and observe the operating instructions before working on and with
the unit.
Lack of staff qualification
Lack of personal qualifications creates hazards to life and injury.
Observe the target group matrix and definition of these operating
instructions.
Only carry out activities that you are authorised to do. Contact your
supervisor if you have any questions.
3.1.1 Obligations of the operator
The operator has the duty to use and provide only safe equipment. The operator has a duty to
maintain the safety of the equipment throughout its lifetime. To ensure safety, the operator is
obliged to do the following, among other things:

Operation of the unit by authorised personnel only.

Prohibition of dangerous working practices.

Control of the working methods of the staff.

Confirmation of the personnel by signature that the operating instructions have been read
and understood.

Complete and legible copy of the operating instructions within easy reach in the area of the
unit.

Legible warning symbols and notices on the appliance.
-
Wearing of PPE by personnel during activities with an increased risk of injury.
-
Detailed definition of the staff's areas of responsibility.
