name is left blank the serial server will connect to the first available network.

By making the appropriate selection you can configure your serial server to
•
Connect to any available wireless network
•
Connect to access point (infrastructure) networks only
•
Connect to peer-to-peer (ad-hoc) networks only
Select a
Country
from the dropdown list to restrict the channel settings to
the legal set for that country.
Select a specific wireless
Channel
to restrict the serial server to a specific
channel. Select
Auto-Scan
to allow the serial server to scan all frequencies
until it finds an available access point to wireless network it can join.
Select
Enable Short Preamble
if your wireless network supports this
feature. Short preambles can boost throughput.
