Depending on the options ordered, install the sheetmetal covers on the barrier. Assure
covers do not come in contact with arm during operation. Do not pinch electrical lines
with covers.
3.3.8.3.
(773HD/HR)
Connect hydraulic lines through control enclosure to cylinder connection using
appropriate fittings.
As a reference, use environmentally safe oil EnviroLogic® 132 or equivalent when
adding hydraulic oil to the HPU. Please reference the HPU Installation and O&M that
came with the unit to verify connection points.
3.3.8.4.
Lock the arm to the receiver stanchion using the supplied security pin.
3.3.9.
Options
If your unit is supplied with an option mentioned in section 2, follow the correct
instruction for installation.

documentation for details on wiring the lights for the individual project.

3.3.9.1.
Stanchion mounted traffic lights
3.3.9.1.1.
Locate the drive stanchion.
3.3.9.1.2.
Remove the top plate located on the attack side of the arm.
3.3.9.1.3.
Run the wires from the one (1) or two (2) piece light head assembly, into
the stanchion and through the conduit running between the stanchion and
the control enclosure.
3.3.9.1.4.
Install the light onto the stanchion. Tighten the supplied Allen screws. The
light will point away from the 773 unit and towards traffic. See

for positioning.
