1. PACKING DETAILS
Each standard equipment includes,
- 1 guiding tube, diameter 63 mm
- 1 red PVC counterweight Ø 50 with a built in magnet
- 2 stainless steel cable clamps
(only with stainless steel version)
- 5 m long cable (PPH, stainless steel, PVC coated...)
(it could be different within your specifications)
- 1 PPH float Ø 98, or 1 stainless steel float
(Ø 100 mm or Ø 200 mm)
- 1 pulley "upper end guiding tube"
- 1 pulley "over tank"
2. MOUNTING
1/
First, install the collars on the tank.

Fix the pulley "over tank"

Install the tube.
4/
Evaluate the necessary cable length
It could be easier now, to pass the cable through the
transfer tubes,
than later on
(depending of total length)
5/
Fit the float with the cable
- Stainless steel float with one stainless steel clamp
(see picture B)
- PPH: cable is attached doing a knot after it passed
through the connection to be screwed
6/
Install the float inside the tank
Pass the cable inside the pulleys and fix it to the
counter weight
(see picture C)
.
7/
Let the counterweight suspended to the cable and fix
a screw the pulley "upper end guiding tube".
8/
Caution: be sure the cable is correctly set on the
pulley wheels.
Reminder: When the tank is empty,
the counter weight is in the upper part
of the guiding tube.
3. MAINTENANCE
This kind of level indicator does not require any specific
maintenance.
