BURNER CONNECTION TO THE BOILER
• Adjust the connection flange -19 position loosening the screws -6.
The burner head must penetrate to the extent requested by the
generator manufacturer.
Before installing the burner to the boiler, make sure that the nozzle is
adjusted to the power required.
• Remove the combustion head end part to insert the insulating seal
-13 between the burner and the boiler plate -1.
• Place the insulating rope -2 on the sleeve.
• Anchor the boiler fastening flange -19 to the boiler flange -1 with
the stud bolts, washers and nuts provided -7.
DANGER / CAUTION
Completely seal the gap between the burner sleeve and
the hole in the refractory material inside the boiler door with
suitable material.
