5.) Place a Lock Washer (G) on each caster stem. Screw in two Locking Casters (B) into the
front holes in the insert legs. Screw in two Non-Locking Casters (C) into the rear holes in the
insert legs as shown in Illustration #4. Tighten all casters using Caster Wrench (E).

4.) Insert the Right Insert Leg (P3) and the Left Insert Leg (P4) into the Upper Leg Assembly (P2)
and set at your desired height. Secure the legs using two Screws (A) through each as shown
in Illustration #3.
