Power does not switch
on.
Air volume has changed

Is there a gap between the upper body and
lower body of the main unit?

Is the unit operating in Auto mode?

Has the 24h Timer operated?
●
Is the humidity setting set to a low value in
auto mode operation?

Is “Setting” selected in the menu?

Is the unit being filled with water at the particular
moment?

The unit cannot operate when the upper
body and lower body of the main unit are
not set correctly, as the contact points are
not aligned. Rotate the upper body to the
correct position and align the contact points.

When operating in Auto mode, the air volume
is automatically adjusted to keep the humidity
in the room at the set humidity.
▶
When the 24h Timer is active, air output is
stopped during the time period for when
“STOP” is selected in the 24h Timer setting.
Check the status on the OEL display.

Rotate the Control Ring in the “+” direction
to increase the humidity setting.
▶
Air output is temporarily stopped when
“Setting” is selected. The unit will return to its
previous mode once setting is completed.

Air output is temporarily stopped while the unit
is being filled with water.
The unit will return to its previous mode once
the water is supplied.
The humidity displayed
on this unit is different
to the humidity of the
room.

Is the hygrometer placed far away from this unit?

Factors such as the installation location of the unit,
height of the unit and presence of an air conditioner
cause differences in the humidity display.
