STEP 1: Attach the Left Arm (D) to the Back (B). Be sure the hook is fully engaged before continuing
with the assembly.
STEP 2: First, attach the Right Arm (E) to the Back (B). Then, attach the Front Rail (C) to the Left (D)
and Right Arm (E). Push down on the Front Rail (C) to fully lock it into place.
