WARRANTY
All machines supplied by
BALFOR s.r.l.
are sold with a
warranty of one year
from the date of delivery,
subject to the following clauses:

If a defect is found in a part (or in certain parts) of a machine manufactured by the
BALFOR s.r.l.
company, during a period of one year from the date of delivery of the machine to the customer,
BALFOR s.r.l.
undertakes to inspect the part considered to be defective and, if during said
inspection a defect is found to be due to the materials used or to the manufacturing process, it
undertakes to repair the defective part or, at its discretion, to replace it free of charge.

The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
a.
normal wear and tear;
b.
breakages or failures resulting from negligence or use of the machine in conditions other than
those permitted;
c.
if the machine has undergone modifications that have not been authorised (in writing) by the
parent company or if spare parts or accessories which are not manufactured by
BALFOR s.r.l
.
have been installed;
d.
when the serial number of the machine has been modified, removed or cancelled;
e.
In all cases, the purchaser shall bear the costs of replacing consumables, labour, transport
costs, any customs duties and value added tax;
f.
No responsibility is accepted for direct or indirect damage resulting from breakage and/or wear
and tear of machine parts, as well as for damage resulting from proper or improper use of the
machines.

The guarantee only becomes effective if the card attached to the machine is sent (at the time of
purchase) duly filled in.

In order to benefit from the guarantee, the customer must, upon the occurrence of the failure, send
the part considered to be defective in free port to our company.
This part must be suitably packaged for transport and bear, for its identification, the customer's full
name and address and the serial number of the machine to which it belongs.

Defects not clearly attributable to material or manufacture will be examined at our Technical
Service Centre or at our premises. Should the complaint prove to be unjustified, all costs for repair
and/or replacement of the damaged parts will be charged to the purchaser.

All spare parts will be invoiced upon dispatch and any acknowledgement of warranty (upon receipt
and verification of the damaged part) will entitle the purchaser to credit.
The
BALFOR s.r.l.
company will not be liable for loss or damage, whatever it may be and however it may
have occurred during transport.
The aforementioned commitment refers to the person of the customer and cannot be transferred or
passed on to others.
