ORDERS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFETY
2.1 General safety introduction
During the design of the pallet hook with clamp a great deal of care
for safety has put in. These safety measures lead to the construction,
choice of materials and operation of the pallet hook as it is now.
Knowing that the pallet hook with clamp will be used mostly in the
transport industry relevant safety measures will have to be made.
2.2 Safety measures when operating the machine
While operating the pallet hook with clamp following safety measures
have to be taken in account.

Adequate distance!
➢
Never walk or stand under the cargo
➢
There are no persons allowed in the danger zone
2.3 Safety measures during maintenance or a technical failure
The pallet hook must be on the floor during periodical maintenance,
solving a problem or during repairs. During these activities the pallet
hook must be at all times disconnected from the external machine. At
no time is it allowed to do any of these activities when the pallet hook
or the external machine is operational.
