Damaged conduit / PVC sleeves Protection
by applying electrical tape lm & ensure tie
bandto specic location.
Apply petroleum jelly on battery terminals.
Use Midtronics battery tester.In case of
Battery removal
1.Battery negative terminal to be
disconnected rst
2.latch seat bkt to be removed
Use recommended Wd40 spray
Icon should disappear post engine ON.
After 4000rpm, no icon should be displayed.
During 1st free service use OKS spray or
equivalent for chain cleaning without
removing chain from vehicle
During other services clean chain with
SAE 90 oil ration of 50:50 &
lubricate by SAE 90 Oil.
(Customer to use OKS chain lube spray
or equivalent spray at every 500 kms
Setting of chain play/slackness (20-30 mm
in 16/ both wheel on around)
