Horn and Front Fender
17. Attach front fender. Line up tabs of fender with
slots on scooter. Secure with four phillip head
screws and one phillip head bolt and washer.
16. Connect the purple and green wire to
post on horn. NOTE: It does not matter
which post either wire is connected to.
