10. Assemble and tighten Hose (NO.39) on 

Cone (NO.33) and Drum lid (NO.40) with

11. Put the PE Bag (NO. 87) into the Drum 

(NO. 48v1) first, then placed the inner 
frame inside the PE bag in order (Fig.8) to 
press the bag down. See FIG. 9 

12. Pull down the Quick Lever, and then 

assemble Drum Lid (No.40) and Quick
