Cord Operated Roman Blind – Timber Head Rail
Positioning Brackets
The position of the brackets will
be determined from the height of
the blind where you measured.
Check the Drop (mm) that you
ordered; then measure up from
this location and make a mark. Fix
your bracket 20mm below this
mark. This will allow for the Head
rail of the blind to sit on top of the
bracket.
Position the outer brackets
approximately 50mm in from the
edge of your blind, making sure to
avoid pulleys and control
mechanisms. Space central
brackets evenly across the width
of the blind.
Positioning the Blind
Important - Make sure your hands
are clean before touching the
blind.
Lift the Roman Blind into place by
sitting it on to the top of the
bracket. Position the blind so it is
sitting evenly on the brackets and
central to the window.
Do not attempt to lift wide widths
without fully supporting the
headrail. Failure to do so may
result in the headrail breaking.
Starting at the central bracket,
drill a screw upwards through the
bracket directly into the
headboard of the blind as shown
