production and packaging, it is inevitable to have a few defective products.
Meanwhile, it is inevitable that some products might suffer during the long
transportation process.
If you accidentally receive defective products with missing accessories, broken
water tank, broken body, leaking desktop, abnormal brewing, serious drip
problems, etc., please contact us immediately with attached pictures and
videos (when possible). We will make our best effort to solve your
inconvenience as soon as possible.
