Troubleshooting Guide

(before contacting the repair center, please read the following list)

The pump doesn't 

work.

The power plug is not

plugged into the outlet.

Plug the power plug of AC adapter 

(manufacture-specified) into the outlet 

correctly.

The cord of AC adapter may be 

broken inside. 

Replace the AC adapter (manufacturer-

specified) .

Note: The AC Adapter can provide the power 

when the LED on the adapter is lit on.

The AC adapter may not be 

the manufacturer-specified AC 

adapter.

Be sure to use only the manufacturer-

specified AC adapter.

Electricity is not supplied to the 

outlet.

Use the outlet to which electricity is 

supplied.

Note: The AC Adapter can provide the power 

when the LED on the adapter is lit on.

The power switch has not been 

tuned  ON .

Turn  ON  the power switch.

The total operating hours of the 

unit is over 1,500 hours.

The life cycle of motor is varied greatly 

according to the operation environment. 

The normal life cycle of motor is 1,500 

hours. Please contact the store you 

purchased the unit.

None of the above

A malfunction inside the unit is suspected. 

Contact the store you purchased the unit.

The pump works; 

however, the unit 

provides no suction 

or low suction.

The pump malfunction

Please conduct air leakage testing of the 

pump as follows:

Remove the canister from the main unit 

and turn the regulator knob to set the 

suction power level  3 . Seal the intake 

hole of the main unit with a ball of finger 

and turn  ON  the power switch to 

start suctioning. Keep suctioning for 10 

seconds feeling negative pressure on the 

ball of finger. If the red pattern of intake 

hole stays on the ball of finger, there is no 

suctioning malfunction. Air leakage from 

the canister is suspected. Please conduct 

the air leakage testing. If the negative 

pressure is not felt on the ball of finger, the 

pump malfunction is suspected.
