WARRANTY (QUALITY AGREEMENT)
1. This WARRANTY is a document within the meaning of the Act from 27.07.2002
year of the specific conditions of consumer sales and amendment of the Civil
Code (Dz. U. nr 141, poz. 1176), so it applies only to sales to consumers.
2. Warranty is valid only if a buyer will show the original proof of purchase (
with a date of purchase, name of product, name and address of salesmen)
and informations enclosed are complete and clear. There need to be detailed
description of damage attached.
3. The successful operation will be proper Installation in accordance with the
instructions, use of the device for its intended purpose and maintain proper
rules for its maintenance.
4. The warranty covers only products sold in the EU and that are in the territory
during the examination of the complaint.
5. In the event of a defect in the product Buyer is obliged to immediately notify
the seller, in the form of an appropriate statement of complaint giving an exact
description of the defect.
6. Buyer is obliged to deliver the product or its components require repair to
the Guarantor to transport to the Guarantor and repair. The guarantor is not
required to provide the Buyer with the product replacement while performing
repair work.
7. The refusal of an article (parts of) the repair at the factory, will mean that
the Buyer released Guarantor of the duties of the guarantee, and gave up all
warranty claims to the Guarantor.
8. The faulty product should be shipped to the manufacturer or the Service or the
Seller in the pure state and in the appropriate box protecting against damage
in transit.
9. The acceptance of the complaint to be unfounded in the Buyer shall be noti-
fied within 14 days from the date of complaint. In exceptional cases the above
date may be extended for a further 7 days and the buyer will receive a letter of
notification.
10. The guarantor will pay the return transportation for product repaired in the
country if the claim was justified.
11. When the guarantor will provide repaired product to the seller,it should be
taken immediately by the buyer not later than one month from the date of
complaint. After the term Guarantor, the Seller shall be entitled to sell the
goods without payment of any compensation.
12. The warranty period shall be extended by the duration of the repair as of the
date of delivery to the Guarantor by sending back to the buyer.
