INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. Remember that stress has a considerable influence and impact on the amount of produced
milk. Before you start expressing milk make sure to eliminate any situations stressful to you.
Try to relax and always remember about hygiene: wash your hands with soap and water and
your breast with water only.
2. Many women feel more thirsty during breastfeeding or expressing of milk – prepare a glass
of water or anything else to drink in order not to stop expressing milk.
3. Do not be discouraged with the initial failures – you will shortly become skilled and
expressing of milk will not pose a problem to you.
4. Sit down in a position comfortable to you that will enable you to lean slightly forward.
5. Take the previously disinfected breast pump (make sure that all the elements are correctly
assembled). Place the breast inside the pump main body adjusting it to the silicone pad in order
to place a nipple deep enough to provide its proper stimulation by petals on the pad.
6. An especially designed construction of the handle lever allows setting it at an angle
suitable for the mother by positioning it to the left or right hand.
7. By pushing down the pump handle with rapid movements massage the breast and stimulate
it to lactation. Next rhythmically push down the handle and release the pressure making milk
flow into the bottle. Adjust the rhythm and pressure to your own needs.
8. If you do not feel any suction check whether there is any air between the breast and the
silicone pad. If there is some air there, take out the breast and place it again in the pump
funnel.
