Appliance's operation:

1.

Open the battery compartment of the transmitter and the receiver (8).

1.1.

Put four AA batteries in the transmitter and close the battery compartment. If you want to use rechargeable batteries, battery
switch should be appropriately adjusted (6)

1.2.

Put four AAA batteries into the receiver. If you want to use rechargeable batteries, battery switch should be appropriately adjusted
(13)

2.

Stand-by mode choice: Adjust the switch to the speaker or vibration position.(7) When the PIR detector detects movement or the
microphone MIC sound, it will start a sound signal or vibration alarm of the receiver (depending on the setting).

3.

If you use the adaptor, you should connect it to the AC/DC adaptor socket (10). It is recommended to use the transmitter with the
adaptor in order to ensure a constant power supply. If you use adaptors, remember to remove alkaline batteries.

4.

Choose the channel using the channel switch (5,11).

Important:

Transmitter and receiver have to be set on the same channel.

5.

Place the transmitter 1-3 m from your child. You can put the transmitter on a desk or in another place. You should remember to
direct the transmitter towards your child.

6.

Turn the transmitter on with the ON/OFF switch (15). A light will appear on the transmitter. By adjusting the sensitivity it is possible to
adjust the transmitter to surrounding conditions in order to avoid for example sounds coming from outside the house.

7.

Turn the receiver on with the ON/OFF switch (4).

8.

The transmitter will automatically send a sound signal to the receiver only if it detects a sound made by your child.

9.

You can increase or decrease the receiver volume by adjusting the ON/OFF knob (4)

a.

Optical sound indicator: if it is necessary to turn off the sound or the volume decrease on the receiver, the sound indicators
will flash diodes after receiving the signal in order to alarm the carer.

10.

Because of the belt clip, the receiver can be carried with you. It ensures constant care of your child. (2)

Transmitter: choice of mode

11.

Set an appropriate mode using the switch (12).

11.1

PIR + MIC = after detecting the child's movement or sound,  the transmitter sends a signal to the receiver.

11.2

MIC = only microphone active

11.3

PIR = only movement detector active

PIR

is used to detect child's movement. After detecting the movement, it sends a signal to the receiver which makes a beep sound

(Beep, Beep) (e.g. the child wakes up and starts moving in the cot or an animal enters the child's room and comes close to the child).

PIR angle adjustment:

It is possible to adjust the angle of the PIR detector by turning the knob (16) which can be adjusted for instance vertically or horizontally
clockwise. You can also take the knob off to have a maximal detection angle (180°, 6 m)
