The blade cutting length without a comb guide is 0.8mm.

•  To increase the cutting length, push the lever down.

•  Each position will increase the length as below:

  Taper position 1  -  + 0.0mm

  Taper position 2  -  + 0.2mm

  Taper position 3  -  + 0.3mm

  Taper position 4  -  + 0.5mm

  Taper position 5  -  + 0.6mm

Charging the Appliance

•

Before using the appliance for the first time, charge the battery

continuously for 3 hours. Maximum battery capacity will only be reached

after 3 completed charging and discharging cycles.

•  Plug the charging adapter into a suitable mains power socket and

switch on at the wall. A blue LED light will continuously run up the

product to indicate the clipper is charging. When the battery is fully

charged the LED light will stop running up the product and all 5

charging lights will remain alight.

Note:

Always place the clipper in the base with the ‘I/0’ switch in the

OFF position.

•  When the clipper is running low on charge, the bottom LED charging

light will flash to warn there is approximately 5 minutes of battery use

remaining. A 3 hour charge will provide 3 hours use. A 20 minute quick

charge will provide approximately 20 minutes use.

•  If all five charging lights start to flash rapidly (more than 4 flashes per

second) then the appliance is faulty. If this happens then please stop

charging and remove the adapter from the mains and contact the Conair

Customer Care Line. (See ‘UK After Sales Service’ section for further

information).
