General Precautions

12. Do NOT use in the presence of tuberculosis, 
malignant tumors, very high or very low blood 
pressure,  high fever or acute inflammatory disease 
unless under medical supervision.

13. A mild shock may be caused if one electrode is 
accidentially removed. In the event of this happening
