1.  Slide recline fittings onto the ends of the recline 

mechanism rod as shown in figure 1.

2.  Place the seat base on a flat surface as shown in figure 2.

3.  Join the seat back to the seat base using the seat back 

hinge rod as shown in figure 3.  The rod is inserted from 

right to left as shown.

4.   Insert the 

(5mm x10)

 screw into the end of the seat back 

hinge as shown in figure 4.  This screw prevents the 

unintentional loosening of the hinge rod.  Tighten the 

screw until snug: 

DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN
