the release latch and pull the
wheels out (Fig. 18).

SEAT FABRIC SNAP BUTTTONS

Check both sides of the seat
fabric to ensure it is properly
attached.
NOTE:
If assembly needed,
press the snap buttons on the
fabric onto the snap buttons on
the frame (Fig. 20).

the straps are both pulled tightly
and always attached with the
hook and loop fasteners
