3. Fasten the harness straps

to the buckle and position them behind
the backrest cover. Fasten the buckle (fig 6.3), open the lid of the
compartment located on the base of the safety seat, insert the buckle
and close the compartment (fig 6.4).
4. Locate the ISOFIX arms
(Q)
situated on the base of the safety seat. Pull
them out by pressing the ISOFIX system’s unblock button
(R)
(fig. 6.5).
5. Ensure that the arms of the ISOFIX system
(Q)
are fully deployed.
CAUTION! Advance to the next step once you have deployed the ISOFIX
arms fully and the indicator appears red (fig. 6.6)
6. Place the safety seat on the vehicle seat.
7. Hold the safety seat in place with both hands and insert the two arms
of the ISOFIX system
(Q)
into the vehicle anchoring points until the
locking arms have clicked into place on both sides. The indicator will
change from red to green on both sides (fig. 6.7 and 6.8).
8. Shake the safety seat to check that it has been anchored correctly to
your vehicle’s ISOFIX points.
9. Push the safety seat against the backrest of your vehicle seat (fig. 6.9).
10. Press the support leg adjuster button

as indicated in fig. 6.10 to
deploy the support leg
(J)
until it is firmly supported on the floor
(fig. 6.11). The support leg indicator
(I)
will change from red to green
(fig. 6.12).
11. Adjust the headrest to your child’s height (fig. 6.13).
TIP: If the back is obscuring the guide

, you can raise the headrest

You will then be able to insert the diagonal strap of the belt without any
problem. Readjust the headrest to the child’s heigth.
12. Put your child in the safety seat. Pull the vehicle’s seat belt and pass it
in front of the child until it is fastened to the vehicle seat buckle.
CAUTION! Do not twist the belt.
13. Insert the clasp into the vehicle’s seat belt buckle. You should hear a
click indicating that it is secure.
14. Place the shoulder belt part and the lap belt part of the seat belt on
the vehicle buckle side through the seat belt guide
