Load Cell Replacement
Disconnect the load cell from the indicator. Remove SS platter from the spider
assembly. Remove the four bolts that mount the spider assembly to the load cell.
Remove the spider assembly and load cell spacer. Flip the bench scale on its side to
access the bottom load cell bolts. Remove these four bolts, take care to hold the load
cell and spacer while removing the last bolt. To install the new load cell, repeat the
removal process in reverse. Take care to ensure the load cell spacers are put back
during new cell installation. Reconnect the load cell to the indicator, calibrate and test
scale.
