to the back of

ii. Insert

to the front and back of

may have to be cut down to size
to be able to fit into the front of

i. Unfasten

and lift

up from

ii. Insert 4 x

into the back slots of
item D1
(2 in
each slot), place 2 at the bottom and at the top of
item D1
.
iii. Secure
item D2
onto the back of
item D1
using
items D5 & D6.
iv. Fix
item C2
back onto
item D1.
