Problems you may encounter b-kitchen smart tips
1. Can b-kitchen Chopper Box connect with other
brand’s hand blender? No, the Chopper Box is specially designed for b-
kitchen Mix 4 hand blender series. Connect with other
brand’s hand blender will result in damaging the
product.
2. Is the Chopper Box capable to blend hard
ingredients like ice and nuts? Yes, to work with your b-kitchen Mix 4 hand blender
and its stainless steel sharp blade, It is able to perform
multi-task: from mincing meat, chopping herb and
fruits; chopping hard ingredients like ice and nuts.
3. Do I need to cut the ingredient into small size
before I process them? For more efficient blending, we recommended you
pre-cut larger pieces of food into even-sized cubes
(approximately 2cm). And distribute ingredients
evenly in the bowl, but do not fill above the “500ml
max” mark.
4. Can I rinse the whole Chopper Box? No, there is a metal connector on the top of lid which
is not recommended to rinse by water. Please only
use a damp cloth to clean. Also, please ensure it is
completely dried before connecting with the hand
blender.
