The following suggestions will help you how to preserve your
ceiling fan.
Fan Speed Control :
Season Slide Switch:
When the season changes, you may want to change the
direction the fan blades spin. To switch between clockwise
and counter clockwise rotation, flip the season slide switch.
In warmer weather, push the switch down, counter clock-
wise rotation creates a downward air flow, which cools the
air. In cooler weather, push the switch up, clockwise rota-
tion creates an upward airflow, which moves hot air from
the ceiling into the room.
Note: Wait for fan to stop before reversing switch.
Turn off power before any cleaning or maintenace.
It's necessary to check the parts of Hanger Assembly and
Mounting Bracket twice every year. Because the fan has a
long time rotation that may be cause some parts of loose.
Never clean the motor, switch housing and some other elec-
tric parts of the fan with water in order to avoid short circuit.
Once the fan is fully installed, check that all parts are securely
fastened and tightened.
If the fan vibrates during operation, try use balancing clip to
balance the fan by attaching to one blade at a time, till get the
balance. Then take away the clip by using the balance weight
to replace as below.
Assemble blades into blade holder with screws, flat wash-
ers and nut. Fasten the assembled blades onto the motor
with screws and lock washers preassembled on motor.
