Controlling the heating zones of the ceramic hob.
Choice of cookware

Choose a pan with a diameter which is at least as great as the heating zone.
For roasting dishes, there is a special extended heating zone of 140x250. Do
not use pans with concave or convex base. Always be sure to put a lid on the
saucepan appropriate. It is recommended to use the pans with flat bases and
thick.If the heating zones and pans are dirty, it can not make full use of heat.
