Insert the Jigger Arm’s Pivot
Knuckle into the Upright Bar

Secure the Jigger Arm with

should be set to pivot
up-and-down for jiggering

Slide the Spring Nuts into your Axner Wheel Bracket

Use the two Flange Bolts to install the Upright Adjusting Bar. Align
the Bar with the center of your wheel head before tightening the
Bolts
