Setting the Platen Angle

6. Once complete, press the ‘RED’ button to stop the machine.
7. Switch off the main ON/OFF switch to isolate the machine.
5. Turn the ‘Tracking Knob’ until the belt is centred on the
platen, see fig 27-28-29.
NOTE: Don’t make sudden adjustments otherwise you
may over correct. Make small adjustments.
The platen can be pivoted to the required angle by loosening
the two button Hex screw, see fig 31. Lower the platen to the
required angle, see fig 32. Re-tighten the Hex screws to secure
the setting.
