Using the angle gauge (J) adjust the universal support bar with
the micro adjuster (K) to set the knife at 25˚ degrees. Make sure
the heel of the bevel touches the grinding stone.
If further adjustment is required, adjust the stop.

Observe how the water flows over
the edge to make sure the blade
is in contact with the width of the
stone. This is very Important to
create an even bevel.
CONNECT THE MACHINE TO THE
MAINS AND SWITCH ON.
