IMPORTANT:
Make sure the seat belt is not twisted and that the lap belt is worn low over the
hips.
Check that the lap belt passes under the armrests and over the red lap belt guides (C) on both
sides of the seat.
Check that the shoulder belt passes over your child’s shoulder then runs diagonally across
their chest and over the top of the armrest nearest to the seat belt buckle. The shoulder belt
should NOT lie across your child’s neck.
Finally, check that all slack has been removed from the seat belt and that your child is now
secure.
IMPORTANT:
The seat belt buckle should NOT foul, jam or wedge itself under the
armrest as shown.
WARNING: An unoccupied child car seat should be secured using a 3-point seat belt
or stored safely in the boot.

The seat cover is a safety feature. Never use the child car seat with out its cover.
Before starting: raise the headrest up (this will allow more room to work).
Starting with the headrest cover: unfasten the two press studs (i) and remove the elastic
loops (ii) from their hooks and remove the head cover.
Backrest cover: unfasten the three press studs (i) and remove the cover.
Seat base cover: unfasten the press studs (i) on the underside of the seat base and
remove the cover.
To refit the seat covers: reverse the above steps.
