Trouble Shooting
NOTE: If any problems persist or are not listed below, consult your nearest service dealer.
Symptom

No Power
The car ignition switch is not on
If the power supply is connect-
ed to the car
accessory circuit, but the engine
is not moving, switch the
ignition key to “ACC”
The fuse is blown
Replace the fuse
No Sound
Volume is on minimum
Adjust volume to desired level
Wiring is not properly
connected
Check wiring connection
The operation keys do not work
The built-in micro computor is
not operating properly dur to
noise
Press the reset button
The unit does not tune in to a
radio sation (seek up/down does
not tune)
The antenna cable is not con-
nected
Insert the antenna cable firmly
The signals are too weak
Select a station manually
Vehicle has an amplified antenna
system
Find the antenna power wire
in the factory wiring loom and
connect to
accessories power
Clock resets, but radio stations
presets are retained in memory
OR
Unit resets frequently
Voltage
Check if there is 12 volts on
the blue fuse at the back of the
head unit while the vehicle is
turned off. If there is no voltage,
disconnect the two bullet
connectors on the red and
yellow wires on the supplied
wiring harness and cross the
connections.
A warning to park or stop the
vehicle is displayed when
watching in either USB, AV IN,
Apple CarPlay or Android Auto
mode.
Parking wire not connected
Connect the parking wire to the
hand brake negative circuit.
Apple CarPlay/Android Auto
does not activate when plugged
into the front USB port.
USB support
The front USB port does not
support Apple CarPlay or
Android Auto. Only the USB
port supports Apple CarPlay or
Android Auto.
