1. Connecting the wires
Unpack the vaginal / rectal probe, clean it under running
water and dry it. Connect the wires to the device and attach
it to the probe.
2. Inserting the probe
Begin by emptying your bladder. The exercises should be
carried out when lying down with your knees slightly bent.
Apply contact gel to the probe and insert it slowly and
carefully.
3. Program selection, performing the stimulation
Turn on the device. Select the desired program (P33 - P37)
and start the stimulation by increasing the intensity by
pressing the buttons
of the respective channel.
The program starts immediately when you set the
intensity!
4. Finishing the stimulation
Turn off the device and slowly remove the probe. Attention:
To prevent broken cables please grab the probe by the
shaft and do not pull on the cables.
Use mild soap and
water to clean the probe.
