ATX Auto Power On/Off (JP1)
When Jumper JP1 is set OPEN for AC power input, the system will be automatically
power ON without pressing soft power button; when JP1 is SHORT for AC power input, it
is necessary to manually press soft power button to make the system power ON.
Note
This function is similar to the feature of Power On after Power Failed,
which is controlled by hardware circuitry instead of BIOS.
