MAINTENANCE – CLEANING THE DUST CONTAINER
All of the dirt vacuumed from your home is captured in the dirt bucket placed at the bottom
of your power unit. Please remember to empty it on a regular basis to ensure optimal
performance. The frequency required depends on many factors at your homeplace (i.e. type
of floor coverings, number of people and pets living in the home). As a rule of thumb, you will
need to empty the dirt container twice a year, usually in spring and in fall. Ideally, you need to
empty the dirt bucket when it is half full.
