3 Operation

3.3 Using the HC

3.3.1 Power on the HC

To power on the HC, depress the
accelerator. A logo will appear once
powered on, and shortly after the main
page will display. If the HC is unable
to connect to the BP, dashes will be
displayed in the speed indication field and
“No Signal” will be displayed in the mode
field.

If the PKL is connected to the BP and in
the vicinity of the HC it should pair almost
immediately after powering on. The current
rider mode (see “Power & HC Modes”
section) will be displayed in the rider mode
field and the speed should show in the
relevant field.
