The PTZ Command format is according to the definition of the VISCA protocol. The VISCA 

address of the camera is set  to 1  by default and can  be changed in the WebGUI.  As  all 

cameras are uniquely identified by their IP address, all VISCA addresses of the cameras that 

are controlled over IP do not necessarily have to be unique.
