Virtual COM port
Serial interfaces are directly available as virtual COM port of the PC for both the nRF52840 and nRF9160
devices. These are accessible in the AVT9152 evaluation kit at the micro USB connector, P2 and P1
respectively for nRF52840 and nRF9160.
P2 is connected directly to the nRF52840 device USB interface, whereas P1 is connected to U8 USB to
UART converter (FT231X) before connecting to nRF9160 P0.24 and P0.25 through jumper connector J15.

Buttons and LEDs
There are only 2 buttons in the AVT9152 evaluation kit, S1 and S2. These are reset buttons for nRF52840
and nRF9160 respectively.
The AVT9152 evaluation has 4 LEDs for status indication. The table below here describes them.
