Brake Cable

If you find that the Brake Cable is not releasing properly, even when you’ve
fully depressed the pedal, try releasing a little of the nylon cord from the
toggle, in short increments. If this is unsuccessful, you may need to remove
the Warp Beam Tension Cord and lightly sand the groove in the brake drum
